The international technology and industrial group Indutrade has acquired the German medical technology company Tecno Plast.
Indutrade has acquired all the shares in the German company Tecno Plast Industrietechnik GmbH, with annual sales of approximately EUR 23 million. The acquisition was completed on January 20, 2021.
