Plastic is resistant to strong alkaline chemicals, corrosive acids, as well as steam and hot water, making it ideal for applications requiring high hygiene standards, such as disinfection and autoclaving. Additionally, we offer plastic materials with surfaces free from pores and microscopic cracks. This reduces the risk of dirt and bacteria becoming trapped in the material, while also making cleaning easier.

Magnetically detectable engineering plastics
Our magnetically detectable (MD) engineering plastics safeguard the quality of the production process and end products because any excess particles in the machinery can be captured magnetically.
The detectability ensures that potential contamination during the manufacturing process can be avoided. This provides manufacturers of machinery and process equipment, as well as food production companies, the ability to meet high standards for product quality and food safety.
MD engineering plastics are suitable for equipment in bakeries, mills, dairies, slaughterhouses and other food processes. MD plastics meet EG1935/2004/EC.
