1. Customer contact and enquiry
At the first contact, we handle your request according to a set process flow. We analyse your requirements, needs and wishes to make a professional choice of materials. As a customer, you can feel safe as our technical sales staff have extensive experience and broad knowledge of construction plastics. We strive to deliver optimised and cost-effective solutions that prioritise long-term sustainability in all respects.
In all projects, we take into account any regulatory and industry-specific requirements and guide our customers towards a solution based on their specific needs. At Carlsson & Möller, we work closely with our material producers, as well as an extensive network of subcontractors, which enables optimal resource utilisation or choice of manufacturing method. Through the process of Near Net Shapes / Custom Casting, we minimise material waste for a more cost-effective and sustainable production.
2. Order management and production preparation
For more complex or larger requests, we offer project management, which can involve putting together a team of resources from multiple departments to identify the best solution, such as end-to-end commitments such as manufacturing, purchasing, assembly, cleanroom management, warehousing or other ancillary services.
Since our production engineering team has prepared and built structures for manufacturing already at the quotation stage, the handling time for manufacturing preparation for incoming orders becomes more efficient. Our customer support registers and plans incoming orders directly in our digital and clear production planning system.
3. Machining and post-processing
Throughout our entire order and production management process, quality as a common thread. Our system for traceability and measurement protocol requirements offers you as a customer relevant information that is easily accessible and visible in both printouts and digital systems.
Carlsson & Möller's machinery specialises in plastics processing and is completely free of metal and animal fats to avoid contamination. We offer multi-axis CNC controlled machining, as well as automation and robotisation. This guarantees you as a customer stable quality with high repeatability in series volume production, as well as the possibility of occasional prototyper i förserie inför volymtillverkning.
We offer ancillary services such as assembly, puttying, cleanroom handling, gluing and more. For example, with prepared call-off orders, forecasts or inventory agreements, cost-efficiency is better for you as a customer and we optimise production volumes and warehousing based on your needs. For many years, most of our customers have used C&M as a partner with fixed warehouse agreements and, where applicable, non-disclosure agreements.
