Traceability at all stages backwards is also important for product safety
– not least if your products are exported to various
countries.
Therefore, all our materials are classified and approved according to current
international rules and can be obtained with a mill certificate (SS-EN 10204),
identity, quality and testing certificates, among others.
Machining
The processing of engineering plastics presents special requirements.
Our machinery is fully adapted for this. This, combined with our experienced operators, guarantees optimal results.
As we only process plastic materials and no others, this ensures a clean production without contamination between different materials. The flexibility of our production allows us to manufacture both in short and long runs, as well as individual components and prototypes in a highly economical way.
When manufacturing prototypes, we can process directly in the final material with virtually any curvatures and shapes. Our manufacturing and processing are carried out according to GMP guidelines (GMP = Good Manufacturing Practice).
To ensure repeatability and quality, we measure, verify, and document all critical dimensions of parts and components.
You receive products with the highest precision, which are inspected and quality-assured, so they can be directly assembled into your products. We deliver according to agreed call-off agreements, orders, or other requests.
