Please send an email with a brief description of the issue regarding which article, the reason, and on which order number the product was delivered.
C&M will contact you shortly with an RMA report and shipping instructions for returning the goods.
Upon the goods arriving at C&M, any faults will be verified and analysed. We will then contact you for further action.
If we are closed, for example on a public holiday, you can also return the product using the form you can find here!
Fast deliveries from Carlsson & Möller
Our goal is to offer fast deliveries of both semi-finished goods, processed semi-finished goods, and machined components.
We have one of Sweden's largest stocks of construction plastics and can deliver semi-finished and processed semi-finished products within 48 hours.
Machined components with up to four weeks delivery time, assuming current material is available.
