- PE 1000 contains more than 1,000,000 g/mol in molecular weight.
- Very good impact resistance over a wide temperature range.
- Offered with various fillers in it, such as glass balls, molybdenum disulfide, wax, flame retardant, heat stabilizant, anstistatic or conductive material and with BOR.
- Bemalon PE 1000 is available as approved for food according to FG and FDA.
- Also available as recycled material PE 1000 REG (regenerated) 50/50% or as fully recycled 100%.

- Resistant to most chemicals
- Very high coefficient of longitudinal expansion.

- Poor fatigue strength than polypropylene.
- Burns fiercely.
- Attacked by oxidizing acids.
